[MCPE-43782] TNT physics bug

When TNT exploded, there was a bug that could not push other ignited TNT blocks near it. This bug makes the TNT Cannon inoperable. Please correct the bug as soon as possible.

MCPE-42731 If I place 2 TNT, one will explode but another TnT's won't go away or knockbacked.It will explode but it does'nt go away each other, it just stay on the same position when it got exploded Resolved
