When TNT exploded, it just stay on the same position it won't go away.
Added by [~Auldrick]:
Steps to reproduce:
Place a TNT on the ground.
Place a second TNT on top of it or beside it.
Using flint and steel, ignite the first TNT.
Observed results:
The second TNT ignited but is not launched away by the explosion. However, if the block supporting it is destroyed, it will fall as usual.
Expected results:
The second TNT is ignited and launched away from the explosion. It explodes after flying some distance away.

I notest the TNT bug a few days ago and discovered that if in creative TNT does not knock back the player but still does in survival discovered when building a TNT wars min-game
Same goes on Nintendo Switch, but the opposite.
-Second Tnt get launched by first tnt.
Does have knockback
-Tnt player launcher is broken on survival/Adventure mode, No knockback.
If the second TNT is ignited after the first TNT is but before the first TNT explodes, it will be knocked back as expected.

In addition to TNT, the player character no longer takes knockback from TNT either. It appears mobs still take knockback as expected.
