In all other editions of the game, there are "Spender" (engl. Dropper) and "Werfer" (engl. Dispenser).
In Bedrock on Nintendo Switch they are called "Auswurfblock" (engl. Dropper) and "Spender" (engl. Dispenser).
Yes, you read right: Basically they swapped the names of the blocks here.
"Auswurfblock" and "Werfer" are both derived from the german word "werfen", that's why it's very intuitive that you would think that they are the same, which is not the case.
I don't know, if this is an accident in the translation, but it is indeed confusing.

I can confirm this. I tried so build something I saw in a video and the wording in the german translation is swapped and makes nosense.
The wording "Aufwurfblock" seem to have been added recently, because you don't really find something if you google it.
"Dropper" should be "Spender"
"Dispenser" should be "Werfer"
