You cant fly with elytra and fireworks under y=0

I'm pretty sure this is intended as entities are deleted in the void. Living entities are damaged and killed, while inanimate entities are simply deleted

This has been an issue for a while, and is still an issue. Makes it completely impossible to escape the void. There is literally nothing you can :/

This needs to be reopened. Its still an issue in the most recent 1.14 updates.

Even in creative mode, you cannot use fireworks under y0 in the void. When in survival, it consumes the fireworks, but you do not get any boost. Making it impossible to escape the void.

To reproduce:
1. equip an elytra and get some normal fireworks.
2. go to the end.
3. jump into the void, activate elytra, and wait until you are under y0 (you may want regeneration for this so you don't die immediately).
4. Attempt to use fireworks to escape the void and get above y0, you will see its impossible.

This is not only a bug, but also not parity with java.

i dont even understand how this could happen in the first place, only items should be deleted in the void any entitys should slowly die just like the player

This bug is even worse since the void already deals damage at y level 0 on bedrock unlike not only at -64 as on java and also has a barrier at -40, making you take damage when trying to escape in suvival mode.
