Steps to reproduce:
Spawn or find an Enderman;
Throw a splash potion of invisibility at it.
Expected results:
The Enderman becomes invisible, with the exception of its eyes.
Observed results:
The Enderman gets the effect, has potion particles being shown but doesn't become invisible.
