Zombie Villagers don't have professioms

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn or find a Villager

2. Convert it to a zombie

Expected results:
The Zombie Villager keeps its profession and badge

Observed results:
The Zombie Villager has a generic unemployed look, and don't have the same profession and trades when cured.
