[MCPE-44658] The SkyBox Is Melting On The Lower Half

I Don't Know If Im The Only Person To Find This But It's Strange The SkyBox Is Melting. The Only Other Instance Of This I Seen Is From An Old Post On The Minecraft Reddit But That Screeshot Was From An Old Version Of Java Editon
