[MCPE-44722] Chat or sign does not rise when typing

When typing in chat, the chat won't rise when I am about to type. I don't know anyone is getting this. This never happened in betas of 1.11

I don't know if anyone is getting this bug, but if no one else is getting this, then this might be closed a cannot reproduce or invalid.

iPhone 8, iOS 12.1.2, running v1.10.0, and i have the same problem, though it only occurs when using custom keyboards, like Gboard

problem doesn't occur when using default iOS english keyboard

Confirmed for version 1.11 in Android. The bug was tested on Samsung Galaxy Tablet.

Does this only happen on Android if you are using a third party keyboard?

Also, if you rotate the device, does this enable the text bar to show correctly?

@[Minecraft] Mega_Spud (Jay Wells) The keyboard of my device is default. And yes, rotating my device will still do the same, as the text bar isn't properly rising up on top of the keyboard.

VIVO 1606, Android 6.0.1 Keyboard is default. As labelled in the beta text. Not sure if anyone is having this issue.
