[MCPE-44899] ITEM FRAME not visible, underwater not visible, black screen

NOT VISIBLE on item frames.

When underwater, screen is black. (This bug was on previous BETA versions, then fixed, then re-introduced)

You shouldn't put two separate bugs in the same report. Also, both of these issues already have tickets opened: MCPE-44659 and MCPE-32799.

The screen turning black never got fixed, it just doesn't happen all the time. Seems to be random.
