i can't upgrade to 1.11 but it's a newer update
and there are like a thousand buggs in beta

Ok but it doesn't say that it only says that i won't be able to use older version but i thought that i would be able to use the new update when it was released because it's a newer update
And there are so many bugs in the beta and snapshots on java edition don't work like that so i think they should fix it
You can just leave beta program (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360004438671-How-to-Join-and-leave-the-Minecraft-Beta). This will move you to 1.11.
Note that worlds used in beta 1.12.0.2 will not works in 1.11 - but you should already know it since there is clear warning about it in every beta release notes ("Any worlds played while in the beta cannot be opened in previous versions of the game so please make copies of worlds to prevent losing them"),
1.11 is not newer then 1.12.0.2 (hence lower number). 1,11 was likely in certification with Nintendo, Microsoft, Apple and Google for about 2 weeks, while 1.12.0.2 release one week ago. Just because 1.11 release to general public yesterday doesn't mean it is newer then 1.12.0.2.
But the only difference between 1.11 and 1.12.0.2. is the bugs in 1.12.0.2 so why can't the just use a replica of 1.11 because im tired of the light glitches in 1.12.0.2.
i know it was my fault but the information was to easy to misunderstand because when i switched to beta it was 1.11 beta and i thought the 1.11 would count as a new build of the game. so i hope you update the info on xbox insider to make it easier to understand
1.11 is inferior to 1.12.0.2 beta. When 1.12 officially releases you'll be able to update. However, that'll come after 1.13 beta and you'll be complaining again. If you don't understand how the beta program works, you shouldn't have joined it.
