[MCPE-45212] Crashes while click or touch a Minecraft app

When I click or touch a Minecraft app any second it will crash the game but rarely doesn't crash.(Not Sure if will crash the game in All Platforms because I am playing Minecraft Bedrock on Android) however it is too critical bug bug for me because it crashes always in Minecraft bedrock 1.13.0.1

Possibly nope because when it always crashes at android and sometimes it is appeared saying `Unfortunately Minecraft is Stopped'

Whoops but it is an old bug since beta 1.12.0.1 where randomly crashes and rarely doesn't crash
