Iron Golem not spawning in village

I have a village with 14 villagers. The original Iron Golem has been dead for a long time and the village has never had another golem since. For many in real life days a golem has never appeared. I also notice that during meeting time that the bell will have angry villager particles around it. I don't know whats wrong, all the villagers have beds and work stations, I constantly trade with them, and some villagers were attacked by zombies before. Help fix this issue.

Can you please test with at least 20 beds and 20 Villagers?

The requirements for a golem spawning is 5 villagers

been doing a bunch of testing, minimum non nitwit count per golem is 10 villagers, but 20 is better. any way... villagers need to be able to access the bell or they will break ownership and either mess up or slow down progress twards golem gossip. bells should be placed on or one block above the level the villager is standing on.

in a naturally generated village, a hill kept the vills from reaching the bell half the time, removing the hill fixed this pathing error and they made a golem a day or so later.

The village has no nitwits at all. Itt generated in a very flat plains area and the villagers do have access to the bell. The village center that generated with it is the 3 market stands with the bell next to one that's on a wood plank. Does the bell have to be on the ground for villagers to have access to it?

from my testing it either needs to be on the ground or one block above the ground. placing the bell in the ceiling or IN the ground prevented golem gossip for some reason. even though i know that one block above is okay, i still always place mine on the ground. bell mechanics are still very sketchy. if your seeing thunder clouds after that, theres a pathing issue, so start observing your vills daily routes.

I have my working IG farm without bell and workstation. Minimum of villager is 10 and 21 for bed.

When wiki refers minimum 5 villagers and gossip system, that is for Java.

Also, gossip and bells are not part of the iron golem spawning mechanic in Bedrock. The only requirement appears to be 10 villagers and 21 beds – and from my tests, more villagers and more beds don't seem to increase the spawn rate.

If the village reported in this ticket doesn't have at least 21 beds, then this ticket should be closed as "by design" because there is no bug being reported.

If the village reported in this ticket does already have 21 beds, then the reporter of this ticket needs to provide actionable information, so others can try to repeat it. What is the seed? What is the location of the village? What was done in the village before the iron golems stopped spawning? How many villagers are left? How many nitwits? How many beds? And so on.

I just spent days making an iron farm with beds bells you name it. Even incinerates most cats the second they spawn. However it’s not spawning any golems. There’s 50 villagers minimum 96 beds like I’m actually destroyed that I spent days making this to achieve a cat/lag generator.

Never mind after digging a giant pit under the machine full of netherrack and fire and breeding some more villagers and adding some more beds I’m starting to get them to finally spawn here and there

Thank you for your report!
