[MCPE-46159] Dye on signs dont work?

Im on my mobile phone and ive noticed that signs cant be dyed. Im not sure if its a bug or it wasnt added into the version

you don't dye them, you use different wood.

That is a Java feature. On Bedrock you can have colored texts via the section sign § which can allow you to use color codes.
