[MCPE-46290] Fortune enchantment does not work when mining coal

Having Fortune 3 on a pickaxe does not increase the drop rate of coal. Each coal ore mined only gives 1 piece of coal and nothing else.

I'm not sure about lapis, redstone or emerald. I tried it on diamond ore and it worked.

hmm, fortune works on coal for me. It doesn't ALWAYS drop more coal, maybe you just got unlucky?

I agree that it does not work. I have done multiple tests and there is no difference really between having fortune 3 or not.

Hi Dan,

If you were able to reproduce please provide instructions on how you did it. I just tested myself and you can see below, without fortune from 10 ore I got 10 coal. With fortune from 10 ore I received 22 coal.
