[MCPE-46596] Hotbar, menus, entities disappear

I built very close to spawn in a flat world then all of a sudden the entities and my hotbar disappear

I tried to upload files but it didn't work and also this happened in 1.8

After doing work, removing entities I opened the world later and it worked again
