Cocoa Beans can't be placed on other Jungle wood variants

I kinda think they should only work on logs. I mean, if they could work on the stripped & wood variants, then why not on planks, stairs, and trapdoors?

Also to comment on what GoldenHelmet said. I would not be upset if it was a feature it didn’t work on stripped. In fact that would be a interesting twist since that means there is a block that holds another that when interacted with (stripped with an axe) causes a different block to break. The issue for me is that it can’t be placed on Jungle Wood to which it still can not.

Impacts 1.16.2.0 release also parity item with Java. It is not a huge problem but wanted to update the status.
