[MCPE-46641] Getting Bad Omen naturally displays potion particles

Steps to reproduce:

Expected results:
You get the Bad Omen effect with hidden particles. Particles should only be displayed when using commands to get the effect.

Observed results:
You get Bad Omen but with potion particles in your screen all the time.

It also has white potion particles instead of dark green (#0b6138)

With commands, I am also getting white particles, which is wrong.
