Creatures And Mobs Riding In a Minecart, Can Control The Minecart

Mobs (such as villagers) that are riding in a minecart, are able to control the minecart and move it along rail lines. This was a bug in java edition, but was fixed in 1.13, and should be fixed on bedrock edition as well.

How to reproduce:
1. Set up a large circle of basic rails.
2. Get a villager into a minecart on those rails.
3. Make sure the cart is not moving at all.
4. The villager should start to move the minecart on its own shortly.
5. If it doesn't, spawn a zombie nearby and the villager should roll on away. Of course make sure to kill the zombie before it attacks the villager, or nudges the cart๐Ÿ™‚

You can see video footage of this bug in action, along with how to reproduce here:

It needs to be fixed or else so many farms will fail and a big problem for Survivalist like me who use mine cart to travel I. Dark places like caves I use them to navigate

I ever experienced this bug, and i experienced when it's still like 1.10 (on bedrock) and i dont even know if its still exist on 1.11 (on bedrock). When i'm trying to make a villager trading hall using minecart, the minecart is moving by itself with the villager.

sorry if my grammar bad

I noticed a strange issue today where, when I try to stop a villager in a minecart using unpowered rails, the minecart bounces backward and starts moving the opposite direction when it hits the unpowered rails.

EDIT: I attached a video demonstration of this.
