In my world, I use a lot of cloned chests with repeating command blocks to let players have infinite items of certain types. When I access these chests in creative mode, I can take items out of the chest, and they will automatically refill. When I do the same in adventure or survival, however, I am only able to put the items in my inventory some of the time. The other times, it just immediately disappears right after, and does not appear in my inventory. Only after multiple tries does it finally give me the items I want. There is no way to provide a screenshot of the issue itself, but I will provide a description of how to recreate this below:
Place a command block with a chest on top of it.
type the command: "clone ~ ~1 ~ ~ ~1 ~ ~ ~2 ~"
Put an item in the chest right above the command block and turn your game mode to adventure.
Try to take the item out of the chest on top. Keep trying this, and you will see that most of the time, it doesn't let the items go into your inventory

@Max M. I'm talking about the button that is right next to comment, attach files, and more. It should be right underneath the title of your issue. When you are logged in you would be able to see it.
