[MCPE-4706] Torch Release Green Bar Appears In Creative Without Touching Icon

While in survival and you wan't to release and Item, the green bar shows up, it also shows up in creative even when you are not touching the torch.

Of course! Well in pocket edition survival mode when you try to release a torch, the green progress bar appears, when it reaches the top of the icon, the torch is released. When in creative, it does the same thing even if you haven't touched it, the green progress bar just stays at the bottom of the icon, and goes up, and down repeatedly.
