No, it's kind of hard to explain, they are visible, but you can place blocks on them, and walk through them, you also can't open them.

This wasn't fixed after it was proclaimed to be.

Never mind, it was not a bug on the game but a bug on my ipod. I just re-downloaded the game and it fixed it. I wasn't playing on realms either.

Of course! Well in pocket edition survival mode when you try to release a torch, the green progress bar appears, when it reaches the top of the icon, the torch is released. When in creative, it does the same thing even if you haven't touched it, the green progress bar just stays at the bottom of the icon, and goes up, and down repeatedly.

That is not a bug, those two torches are for torches made by Charcoal, and regular Coal.
