the ability to change the color of the text similar to minecraft java edition and did not get to Minecraft bedrock

This isn't a bug. Bedrock doesn't need that feature because there is already a way to get colored text!
You can use dyes to change the text color on signs. In my opinion, this is much easier than Java edition.

I have no idea where this symbol is on android
Heres the devices I do know:
iOS: press and hold & (old software), press .?123 and #+= to show this symbol
Nintendo Switch: press the language button (looks like a globe), goto symbols, and goto number [2]
a = green
b = blue
c = red
d = purple
e = aqua
f = white
r = reset
k = encrypt
l = bold
(some of these color codes may be incorrect. All valid minecraft color codes are online on the official minecraft wiki)
