We're already tracking the Map Room issue at MCPE-17233 and the We're Being Attacked issue at MCPE-45060, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main tickets, it would be appreciated.
Regarding the Map Room achievement, although it has been reported many times no bug has ever been found. Please review MCPE-17233 for some ideas you may not have thought of about how to solve the problem. I'm not saying there's no bug, but it can be very tricky to ensure that every pixel of every map has been filled. I wouldn't want you to wait until a bug is found and fixed, only to find out that it wasn't the bug that was causing your problem in the first place.
