Hunger bar blinkes up and down every heartbeat

I do not believe this is a bug and I think it shows hunger/saturation being drained. If you could record a clip of this happening that would help a lot. Thanks! 👍

Yes, Don cox. At first i tought you were true on this one, so i tryed again, and again. This time i captured it on video. Xbox would not let me do that last time. 

Besides that it was bugging me, mostly because it was blinking so rappetly and with no distinguishable order. It did happen before i was able to eat something, sometimes more than a minute in advance. And because the rest of the hunger indicator don't always deplete so rapetly i do not need a unorganized blinking reminder every second.

In the video that i am posting now. You can see it indicating i have some hunger but i can not eat. Also, the smoothness of the up and down movement looks different on this video than on my tv screen. 

This happens because of an unseen variable called saturation. Read about it under mechanics. https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Hunger#Mechanics

Please @me if you have any further questions. This ticket should be closing soon because this is not a bug. The moving is essentially any time your saturation goes down which you can’t see.
