Thanks for the response! As a general guideline MCPE = Bedrock while MC = Java. No need to worry about being a duplicate simply because the main ticket was marked as cannot duplicate which means the mods/helpers couldn't reproduce it (it could be hard to reproduce or only happen in specific conditions like your mob farm) and you were right to let us know it still affected you. please go to the main ticket (MCPE-11181) and press the watch button so you can stay informed on the progress of this bug (and add your own experiences with the bug in the tickets comments). Once again thank you for helping all of Minecraft! 🙂

I'm not a 100% sure about this but it may be related to MCPE-11181 Please check it out and let me know if that issue is similar to yours.

EDIT: I found MCPE-44073 which might more accurately reflect your situation...

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to write a report. First things first, how did you make both portals.

Nether portals should be made out of obsidian and have a shape like this (Head on view X = obsidian and O = air)

Then simply light the two bottom pieces with flint and steel (If you find that you need a better/more in depth explanation please look here: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Nether_portal ) 

End portals on the other hand, they are a whole other ball game. To construct one (in creative) you must be standing inside the portal while you are making it. Also it should have a shape like this (Top-down view X = end portal frame and O = air.)

After that, fill in the empty end portal frames with eyes of ender (not ender pearls) and you should have a portal. (If you need a better/more in depth explanation please look here: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/End_portal   )

@Carlos, thank you for providing us with more information on your issue. However, instead of creating a new ticket (MCPE-57790) please just update this ticket. After looking into your issue (to the best of my knowledge) it seems that you are experincing MCPE-48207. Please look at that ticket, then please let me know if they are similar. Have a great day! 🙂
