[Nintendo Switch Operating System: 10.2.0]
When using the fill command while standing on top of an anvil (/fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~-1 ~ air 0 replace anvil 0), it returns with an error: "0 blocks filled" even though the anvil's data value is in fact 0. Command blocks are also unable to do this.
The setblock command works, it's just this one
And all data values for anvils (0, 1, 2) does not work with the fill command...

Steps to reproduce:
Place an anvil
stand on top of the anvil
type in the command provided above

It still happens to this day. Iām currently on version 1.16.40.

All I did was stand on top on an anvil, then used the command ā/fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~-1 ~ air 0 replace anvil 0ā, and nothing happened. Like before it still returns an error ā0 blocks filled.ā
