The 1st, 3rd, and 4th videos show the problem. The 2nd video is what I think is the problem. The 4th video also shows how to reproduce. *Slime blocks are not required, and this bug applies to all minecart types. Explanation: When more than 5 minecarts are crammed in a one block space and they are released, they will infinitely move and can only be stopped if minecarts are destroyed or if they are interfered by a block.
