[MCPE-47949] Minecraft 1.13.0.1 crash on launch

When launching minecraft beta 1.13.0.1 on some devices, it shows a black screen then it proceeds to crash. not giving any chances on launching the app at all

@Mega_Spud, is there any way to track these issues or resolutions? This has been happening more frequently with each beta version released, and has become pretty consistent with 1.13.0.9, to the point I'm strongly considering leaving the beta program just because of this.
