Since update 1.13.0.1 came out many of my tamed animals have disappeared including some pandas, horses, donkeys, cows, pigs, chickens, tons of sheep and even a couple of the new foxes. These were animals I had placed in closed stables and had bred multiple times. Some of the horses have changed colors. I also have been having items disappear out of my chests and can not build buttons any longer. A final issue that I have noticed is that random fires have appeared all over my map and burned down many of my bridges.

I've had this issue too. All of my farm animals have despawned, including several mooshrooms which we had to bring all the way from a mushroom island around 20,000 blocks away. All my horses have despawned too, taking the saddles and armour with them.
Haven't noticed any items disappear from chests though.

Can Confirm that this is Happening. I have about 6 cows in a pen and two sheep in a small 2x1 area that im using for breeding. after 30 minutes of gameplay both sheeps and All cows in pen will despawn. But for some reason 2 sheeps that i have in a 3x3 fenced off area dont despawn. One of my horses did dissapear in turn of an untamed horse nearby.
As for the missing items and mysterious fire i have not encountered.
