Summary
Foxes are safe from polar bear cubs as the polar bear cubs are not hostile to them. Observer that in Java Edition, baby polar bears do attack foxes.
To reproduce
1. Spawn polar bear cub
2. Spawn fox
3. (optional) make a small fence area due to how fast foxes are and how slow polar bears are.
Expected results
Polar bear cubs attacks foxes like on Java Edition.
Observed results
Polar bear cubs do not attack foxes.

Maybe work as intended, because behavior pack has component group attacking fox in adult polar bear, not in component, so it only for adult. Not sure if this a bug, maybe a parity issue
