My Minecraft doesn't play any sound on my game settings the sound is on max. The weird thing is that the game doesn't show up in Volume Mixer. Please help as this is getting annoying.

I have the same problem. I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 from Microsoft Store and installed it but the game has NO SOUND at all! I did not have sound in main menu, in game or in any server. I have this issue only with this game all my other games are working perfectly with sound. I tried to update all my drivers, reinstall the game from Microsoft store, cleaned registry, checked volume setting from windows, checked if the game is muted, checked the in game sound setting and volume, tried to f3 + T, checked application permission, defragmented my hard disk, checked for viruses, updated everything to the newest from windows updater but no mater what I did there was NO SOUND for the game. Keep in mind my Windows 10 is a legit new install with everything up to date. I am sure its a game bug and I really hope it gets fixed soon because I don't think its acceptable to pay for something and at the same time to get a semi working product.
