Today again i can't log into xbox live and when i wrote email to you you guys never reply

The team over at customer support gets a lot of emails so I recommend waiting and they will email you back it just takes them a bit. However, if you do not hear back in a while maybe go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ for help with your Xbox live account. Have a great day! 🙂
