In the latest and current version 1.12.0 the PureBDcraft and VanillaBDcraft texture pack from the Marketplace is no longer compatible with 64x64 resolution and has been defaulted to 32x32 (lowest resolution) for some reason. I've already contacted BDcraft but got no response so im wondering if it's a bug? The Switch originally had a 128x128 resolution but in a past update it was lowered because of a bug. But it should at least be 64x64 by default not the lowest option like mobile.
