Villagers do not learn professions

**
I would like to inform you that in my world and also in some Realms that I have played, the villagers artificially generated, that is, using a reproduction system, some can learn professions and others can not. Also another bug in relation to it is of villagers who can learn and then simply can not change profession, even without having done any negotiation with itself.
Thank you in advance for correcting this problem as it is disrupting my experience.
      Tank You.

I have also encountered this issue, as well as having problems with many of my villagers either wandering off into the wilderness outside the village proper (may actually be part of the village chunks though, but with overgrowth from the neighboring region), or otherwise staying outside at night and getting killed by mobs. I was apparently able to rectify the issue by manually spawning villagers with cmd/creative-mode after the originals were all dead though.

Some villagers are called nitwits and arent meant to get trades, check that this isnt the issue

Are you still having this issue in 1.14.30 or later? If so, can you confirm also that the villagers are not "nitwits" (have green tunic)?

TheTamedWolf

I can confirm that some villagers become unemployed and will not "get hired". Though I suspect that this has something, if not everything, to do with the AI problem. (These unemployed villagers are not Nitiwits; I have some green coats as well, in my village.)

Win 10 Edition (PC) 1.14.3 Hotfix

Also, some villagers will lose their profession, even after trading passed level 2. I experienced this legitimately a few days ago and just yesterday (March 11.)

@Wolff Is it possible that what looked like a villager losing its profession was actually one villager disappearing due to MCPE-21416 and another villager taking the job site and starting at level 1? Or just a new villager taking the job site and the older villager wandering away?

In any case, I believe the original description in this report duplicates MCPE-49580.
