Verification builds and Platforms:
ver. 1.12.0.26.1, Win10
Summary:
World cannot be created on 1.12.0 Nintendo Switch build
Impact:
Our map passed initial Mojang review and now cannot pass certification. The map is summer themed and we hopped it would get out by mid July.
Repro Steps:
Attempt to create 'Tropical City Resort' world on a Nintendo Switch.
Wait while the world is being generated.
Observed Results:
After a couple of seconds of loading, the following message will appear "A newer version of the game has saved this level. It cannot be loaded."
Expected Results:
World can be created without issue.
Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes/No
Yes
Regression Builds:
N/A this map was made with 1.12 in mind. And after we converted the build from Java, we only used 1.12 builds do include mechanics and further develop.

Unfortunately we cannot test on the Switch. We don't have the hardware and i think we also need a dev licence. All the info in this report comes from the failed certification report.
I made sure and checked the version i had last opened the map with, with an NBT explorer.

I have exact same issue:- Downloaded Tropical City pack v.1.0.1 from the global resource. On launching; error message "a newer vision of this game has saved this level. It cannot be loaded. unable to connect to world"
Same here my daughter's just downloaded this only to find it's unable to load on the Switch. Can we please have an update?
Mojang has finally figured out what the problem was and will be releasing a fix on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Is there a time line on this fix? My son just downloaded this, how? If it doesn't work on the switch, shouldn't it be taken down till it's resolved?
