[MCPE-48772] Llama lead attached to nothing

Sometimes I find (a) Llama(s) with (a) lead(s) attached to nothing. With no wandering trader in sight. And I mean none, they are not on an invisibility potion. The lead cannnot be taken but will later vanish completely if Llama is left alone (will not drop it will just disappear). Killing the llama once got me the lead but it doesn’t always happen. The llama regardless of if the lead has vanished or not cannot be leaded by the player.

If this was as intended it makes no sense that a llama with no lead cannot be leaded

If it's not a wandering trader, you might be experiencing a trader llama still leashed to the trader if the trader has already been killed. Possibly a duplicate of MCPE-44704 (Even though it got fixed already.) if the trader is killed and the llama is left with a leash that is attached to nothing.

I was in peaceful. Even so the land in certain places with llamas are so flat it’s highly unlikely that the trader died nearby (can it despawn and leave the llamas behind?). But like if it got fixed already it wouldn’t make sense for the llamas I saw with this after the update. In my game so far all the times I’ve had a trader attacked and killed by me or a mob and even the time I left a trader while it was being attacked and came back the leads dropped like normal. All of the llamas I’ve see with the glitch never had a trader. I’ve seen an invisible trader 2 or 3 times btw with different llamas. Anyway if you look at the image the lead is dragging under them and in the description you can read that the lead eventually visually disappears if you leave the llama alone but still acts as if it has a leash on it attached to nothing. For this if it all fits the description of the other bug than it might be.

The lead acts in the same way as it’s been detached but if it’s because of the trader dying I cannnot say as when I kill the trader or a mob kills the trader the lead drops as normal
