I have already tested with several villagers cartographers on creative and survival and none, absolutely none is performing trades pertaining to ocean and mansion exploration maps.This makes it impossible to play survival mode.Help me.
He becomes a master (level 5) and no trade appears for the maps.

@Yuri Possimozer I think I was wrong. I don't know if there is one but the problem is is that the cartographer villagers aren't the ones selling explorer maps other than the fletchers. See MCPE-44541.
I'm having the same issue. Cartographers do not sell explorer maps. They sell me "blank explorer maps", which once activated they become regular maps of the area. (1.13.0.6 beta - Android 9.0)
