I own a Realm for the bedrock edition of Minecraft, we build a tunnel that connects different parts of the map since then every now and then the chunks will stop to load, if you try to log in and log out, go to the nether/end will be stuck on "Building terrain" indefinitely, I figured out a work around, if you load a backup, it will fix the problem, doesn't matter if the backup was made after the problem was present, this happens at least two times a day and affects all the users on the realm (7 max) on all versions of the game (Android, Nintendo Switch, Xbox one and Windows 10)

Something I've noticed with this, if it helps, is that don't ever log out in these weird unloaded chunks as this is what causes the "building terrain" indefinitely problem when trying to rejoin. Also with the fixing of these chunks, if everyone in the realm quits and stays out for a few minutes (I usually give about 5-10) for the realm to "turn off" as it does this when nobody is online. Then rejoining after the time period, it should have all these chunks fixed. You can tell that the realm is booting back up after you have waited if it takes a while on the "joining realm" part of the loading (before "loading resource packs"). Hope this helps. (:

Yesterday we stress tested it and located a posible reason why this is happening, if any of the players on the server goes to the nether while someone has a map open in the overworld, or the player in question is moving inside the nether, the chunks will not load correctly, in rare occasions it will happen while no one is in the nether but is moving using the minecarts on the tunnel, the tunnel has around 2000 blocks in length.

Same here. Could it be somehow be a network glitch?
