Summary:
On game startup, the game crashes without even showing the main menu
Ways to fix:
Reinstalling the app will work for a little bit and will go back doing the bug
How to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft on a Android 9 Google Pixel 2
2. Minecraft will crash.
2 options can happen during this bug,
1. The game won't even start
2. The game will start, but crash after loading
Expected:
A nice game of Minecraft
Observed Result:
A startup crash
Note:
Minecraft was working on Android 9 in 1.12 Beta, this bug started to happen in 1.13 Beta

I have the same issue on a gs8. 13.0.2 was working fine but when I updated to 13.0.4 I cannot even get in. I tried to reinstall and it worked once, but as soon as I left the game and came back in it constantly crashes. Game is unplayable
