In one of my worlds, the nether portal doesn't teleport back in Survival mode.
When I want to teleport back, I have to change to Creative.

If you can provide any more details that would be great. for example, some recent nether portal problems have reported location/coordinates issues. also issue whilst eating and portalling simultaneously.
Any steps to reproduce the problem.
