in java you can put multiple items in to your offhand, but in bedrock you can only put a few in your offhand.

The offhand items are only limited to certain items such as:
*Totems of Undying
*Shields
*Firework Rockets
*Maps
*Nautilus Shells
*Arrows
I don't think that this is an issue but mostly a feature request.
