Please note that we really prefer each troubling achievement be reported in a separate ticket. They all have different triggering conditions, so they're all different bugs. We can't track multiple bugs on a single ticket without their histories being confused/inaccurate.
The exception is when you can't earn any achievements at all, because that's a sure sign that the problem is with the achievement system, not the individual achievements. So let me ask some questions to help decide if that's the case here:
Just to be clear, when you say you've "done several raids", you're saying you triggered those raids by entering a village with the Bad Omen effect, right? (Some people might not realize that an attack by a pillager patrol is different from a raid.)
Are you and your friends all having the same issues with the same achievements? (Disregard anybody who earned the achievement elsewhere.)
Has any of you earned any achievements at all on this realm? If not, is there an easier achievement you could try, to verify whether achievements are working at all on the realm?
Is anybody having a similar issue outside the realm, as far as you know? If so, what platform do they use?
The Map Room achievement is a tough issue for us. It's been reported many, many times, but no bug has ever been found. In many cases, the problem has been found to be missing pixels in one or more of the maps. It's hard for both you and us to be sure that you've completely filled a map, and if you give up and decide it's a bug when it's really just an incomplete map, you'll never get the achievement. So I'm going to tag this ticket as (partially) a duplicate of MCPE-17233, but please review that ticket for techniques that might help you solve the problem before you give up and decide it's a bug.
(Alternatively, if you're able to download a copy of the realm to a Windows computer, then upload it to a file sharing service and give us the link, I could check the maps with a third-party NBT tool to see if they're missing any pixels.)
