Pets do not stand up after a while and cannot feed my turtles as they don't care for my sea grass after giving birth at any point in time.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-50467, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

Could you add some more information about the issue you are facing, please? When you say 'after a while' - does this happen between sessions, or after switching between accounts or devices? Does this happen in your own local world, or on a Realm?
