When loading the Minecraft game on the xbox one s, after having downloaded the update, you always get stuck on the background page, it wont let you play the game

Also had this happen on Android after updating from 1.13.0.6. The app would close before the load page could render. None of the usual troubleshooting worked; had to uninstall/reinstall.
