So I did search for help in a lot of places (even here), but still I did not managed to get any help. It is always the same like update your drivers, reinstall Minecraft, troubleshoot and so on, I even tried installing a resource pack with vanilla sounds and it did not help. I am also not muted because when I turn on UI screen reader I can hear him narrating.

I can hear the music and menu sounds just fine but when i actually play the game, the audio glitches out. Footsteps sound weird and same with mining and picking up items. Just started happening within the past 24 hrs
