Wither skeletons/husks are a bit too short

Top is bedrock, bottom is java. Red line indicates the top of the 34th block pixel from the bottom.

The drowned looks too tall, but that is most likely due to its bloated head (possibly a separate issue).

The Drowned are working as intended. The devs responded to this on Twitter saying that it is more realistic this way because of how long Drowned spend their time underwater. As for the husk, I can't tell. And the Wither skeleton definitely needs to be fixed.

It seems that the 3d outer layer of the drowned might have confused you. You may notice how big the head is compared to Java.
