I posted this three times now and they keep getting placed into private. Please respond rather than hide the issue.
I can not join any multiplayer server or realm via windows 10. It never loads and hangs on loading resources packs screen. I have looked online and some people have same issue but no fix mentioned. And sometimes upon opening the game it says my skins will restrict multiplayer, but I am using the default skin. I bought a new skin and that did not work anyway.
My worlds work fine, only joining issues with multiplayer
Done the following and more......
Check network connection is enabled, and that no programs are blocking outgoing connections.
connection is stable
Restarted your modem/router
not using a beta version of Minecraft. If you are, leave it and restart the game
Configure your router to use moderate or open NAT
Try disabling any existing firewall program, or changing its configuration options
Try downloading a local copy of your world and then uploading it again with the replace option
If you’re on a stationary device, try connecting directly to your network using an Ethernet cable
Try closing the Realm and re-opening it again
Try reverting to a previous save of your world through your Realm's settings
Try connecting from a different network to see if that works

Yes still having issues. shared world - there device. But if you read my comment it doesnt work on any realm either. Even the open worlds available. Please fix
If you are not able to connect to any Realm or Featured Server, this may be an issue with your local connection. I would suggest visiting the "Minecraft Community Support" discord at https://discord.gg/58Sxm23
If the problem is only with connecting to a shared world that is covered by MCPE-36190.

I have not been able to get into any realms or servers for about 6 months. i ended up buy it on switch. but now i am stuck inside i need to accounts to play with my brother please, help. i have tried port forwarding, but i am not great with network/firewall stuff. Mojang don't answer questions and then list my request for help as solved. which is isnt.

Having connection issues with standard multiplayer on Bedrock Edition? You may need to port forward for Xbox Live and Minecraft. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:
Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP)
These ports must be open for Bedrock Edition multiplayer to work:
Port 19132 (TCP and UDP) Port 19133 (TCP and UDP)

Check firewall settings aswell (on your pc)
If port forwarding all of those ports doesn't help, firewall settings may be the cause of the issue

no fix 😞. my brothers laptop worked went he brought it round last so unlikely to be router ports? but ive opened them all anyway no fix.

I figured it out! You need to go to the Microsoft store and click Update in the more tab next to the Play button. (not displayed in the image because I already updated) I did come across an error to update, but trying again worked.
