[MCPE-51500] minecart with hopper vanishes randomly from my farms

I have 3 automatic farms 2 sugar cane 1 bamboo and they use and minecart with hopper collection system and 3 times now i have gone to check my farms and the minecart and hopper are completely gone. i play in peaceful alone and have it lit up. help. minecarts and hoppers are expensive to replace
