I am a part of a realm owned by a friend of mine. While playing on this realm, I stumbled on an area of about 100 x 100 blocks of inaccessible and non loading chunks. I tried leaving and rejoining only to get stuck on an infinite screen of “building terrain.” The only way I have found to solve the problems is by resetting the realm. However, this isn’t really a solution when the realm owner doesn’t have access to a device with his Minecraft account on it. To add to the issue, I’ve looked at previous bug reports with the same issue and all of which claim to be resolved.
