[MCPE-51902] All of my purchases are locked

All of my purchases are locked. Everything is actually locked from purchasing, including free content. What's going on? I see that this seems to be a widespread issue that claims to have been resolved, but clearly has not been resolved. Please resolve quickly, I would like my purchases restored.

Bedrock: We are deploying a fix for previously purchased Marketplace content that showed as not purchased. Players should see their content return in the next few hours. Please restart the game to get a fresh update to the Marketplace. - HZ
